These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Affiliate Program of Electroboat Technology Services (“Electroboat”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate in the program.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
You must provide accurate and complete registration details, including payment information.
Affiliates must have a valid bank account, UPI ID, or PayPal ID for commission payouts.
Upon approval, you will receive access to an affiliate dashboard to generate referral links and track performance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any suspicious or fraudulent activity may result in immediate account suspension.
Referrals are tracked using cookies, pixels, and affiliate IDs embedded in your unique links.
A referral is credited only if a customer purchases through your link within the set tracking period (default: 30 days).
If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the sale will be credited to the affiliate whose link was used last before purchase.
Commission rates are defined in your affiliate dashboard and may vary by product category.
Commissions are calculated on the net product price (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).
No commission is paid on refunded, canceled, or fraudulent orders.
Commission payouts are processed monthly once your earnings reach the minimum payout threshold (₹500).
Payments are made via bank transfer, UPI, or PayPal as per your chosen payment method.
Any payment disputes must be reported within 15 days of receiving the payout.
Affiliates must:
Use only approved banners, creatives, and content provided by Electroboat.
Disclose clearly that they are an affiliate when promoting products (as per advertising laws).
Affiliates must not:
Use spam emails, misleading claims, or false advertising.
Bid on keywords containing “Electroboat” or variations in paid search ads.
Impersonate Electroboat or misrepresent our brand.
You agree not to:
Engage in cookie stuffing, fake clicks, or any fraudulent methods.
Offer customers unauthorized discounts or cashback.
Operate websites containing illegal, harmful, or adult content.
Violation of these rules may result in termination without commission payment.
Electroboat reserves the right to:
Change commission rates, payment terms, or program features.
Terminate the affiliate program at any time with prior notice.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by written notice.
Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links and stop promoting Electroboat products.
Electroboat is not responsible for:
Loss of earnings due to tracking failures, technical issues, or third-party services.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra courts.
