**Seller Terms and Conditions for Electro Boat Technology Services**

**5.2 Risk of Loss:** Risk of loss for products passes to the customer upon delivery. You are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs before the product reaches the customer.

**5.3 Tracking Information:** Provide tracking information for all shipments to allow customers to monitor the status of their orders.

**6. Returns and Replacements**

**6.1 Return Policy:** You must establish and communicate a clear return policy for your products. Your return policy must comply with applicable consumer protection laws and be easily accessible to customers.
