a. **Cancellation by Customer:** You may cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return process outlined below.

b. **Cancellation by Electro Boat:** Electro Boat reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient stock, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

**2. Return and Refund Policy**

a. **Returns:** We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Electro Boat. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item(s) within [7] days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below:
   - The item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
   - You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or packing slip).
   - Certain items may be non-returnable or non-refundable, such as personalized items, downloadable software, and items marked as final sale.

b. **Return Process:** To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. The RMA number must be included with your return package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

c. **Refunds:** Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a 7 number of days, depending on your payment processor's policies.

d. **Exchanges:** If you need to exchange an item for the same or a different item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

**3. Refund Eligibility**

c. **Customized or Personalized Items:** Items that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
