Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy outlines our procedures and guidelines regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds for products purchased through our e-commerce website and mobile application ("Electro Boat"). 1. Order Cancellation

a. Cancellation by Customer:
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return process outlined below.

b. Cancellation by Electro Boat:
Electro Boat reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient stock, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

2. Return and Refund Policy

a. Returns:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Electro Boat. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. The RMA number must be included with your return package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business working days, depending on your payment processor’s policies.

d. Orders Returned or Not Received:
If the order is returned to us by the courier service or not received by the customer for any reason, and the order was already paid for, a refund will be initiated once the product is received back at our facility. The refund will be processed within 7 business working days after we receive the returned product.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photo documentation of the damage or defect.

b. Incorrect Item:
If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a return and exchange or refund.

c. Non-Receipt of Item:
If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
