The TP4056 Micro USB Lithium Battery Charger Board is a compact and reliable solution for charging 3.7V 18650 Li-ion or LiPo batteries from any 5V USB source. It uses the TP4056 charge management IC and includes onboard battery protection circuitry (DW01 + FS8205), making it safe for embedded and DIY applications.

The module features micro-USB input, two LED indicators (red for charging, blue for fully charged), and solderable B+/B- and OUT+/OUT- terminals for battery and load connection. It supports 1A charging current with automatic termination when full charge is reached.

It’s commonly used in Arduino portable setups, wireless sensor nodes, rechargeable LED circuits, and custom battery bank designs.

How to Use:

1. Connect a 3.7V Li-ion or LiPo battery to B+ (positive) and B− (negative) terminals.

2. Use a Micro USB cable or 5V power supply via IN+ / IN− to charge the battery.

3. Connect your load (output device) to OUT+ and OUT− terminals.

4. The charger automatically manages charging cycles and protection functions.

Note: Do not use high-drain loads directly from the charger while charging.
