Operating on a single-wire high-speed communication protocol (800 Kbps), the module requires only one signal line from your host microcontroller. The data out (DO) pin of one ring easily chains to the data in (DI) pin of the next, enabling you to control dozens of rings or hundreds of LEDs simultaneously. With integrated power-loss and electrical reset circuits, as well as automatic signal reshaping, signal degradation is avoided over long chains.
