The XH-M633 Digital Lithium Battery Charging Control Module is an automated power management controller designed to automate battery charging and prevent battery degradation caused by continuous overcharging. Designed to operate directly from 220V AC mains input, the board features an onboard plastic-encapsulated safety transformer that isolates control circuitry and provides high moisture and rust resistance.
By sensing battery terminal DC voltage continuously through its dedicated Vin terminal, the XH-M633 allows users to set precise Lower Threshold (Start Charging Voltage) and Upper Threshold (Stop Charging Voltage) parameters. When the battery voltage drops below the set lower limit, the onboard relay engages to supply 220V AC to your battery charger. Once the battery reaches its fully charged voltage upper limit, the relay automatically opens, completely isolating the charger from AC power.
