The XH-M633 Digital Lithium Battery Charging Control Module is an automated power management controller designed to automate battery charging and prevent battery degradation caused by continuous overcharging. Designed to operate directly from 220V AC mains input, the board features an onboard plastic-encapsulated safety transformer that isolates control circuitry and provides high moisture and rust resistance.

By sensing battery terminal DC voltage continuously through its dedicated Vin terminal, the XH-M633 allows users to set precise Lower Threshold (Start Charging Voltage) and Upper Threshold (Stop Charging Voltage) parameters. When the battery voltage drops below the set lower limit, the onboard relay engages to supply 220V AC to your battery charger. Once the battery reaches its fully charged voltage upper limit, the relay automatically opens, completely isolating the charger from AC power.

1. Screw Terminals:

• AC IN (L / N): Connect live and neutral wires from your 220V AC mains outlet.

• AC OUT (L / N): Connect to the 220V AC power input plug/wires of your external battery charger.

• BAT / Vin (+ / -): Connect directly to the Positive ($+$) and Negative ($-$) terminals of the battery pack being charged.

SAFETY WARNING: High Voltage AC Hazard. The module handles live 220V AC voltage. Always ensure AC mains power is disconnected before touching screw terminals or wiring the board.

Threshold Configuration Instructions

1. Set Start Voltage (Lower Limit - Relay Closes / Charging Starts):

   • Press and hold the LEFT Button (Up Key) for 3 seconds until the digital display flashes.

   • Use the LEFT / RIGHT buttons to adjust the starting voltage value.

   • Wait 3 seconds for the screen to stop flashing to save parameters.

2. Set Stop Voltage (Upper Limit - Relay Opens / Charging Stops):

   • Press and hold the RIGHT Button (Down Key) for 3 seconds until the display flashes.

   • Use the LEFT / RIGHT buttons to adjust the target fully-charged voltage value.

   • Wait 3 seconds until the display stops flashing to store the setting into non-volatile memory.
