How to Configure & Wire

⚠️ WIRING TYPE & VOLTAGE MANDATE: This is strictly a DC 24V powered controller that outputs DC 24V power. Do not connect standard 220V AC household mains power to either the input or output wire pairs, as doing so will instantly destroy the internal circuitry and creates a severe electrical hazard.

Wire Harness Identification:

• Input Pair (Red/Black Leads): Connect directly to your stable 24V DC Power Supply. (Red = +24V Positive, Black = GND Negative).

• Output Pair (Yellow/Black Leads): Connect directly to your 24V target appliance/heater/fan. (Yellow = +24V Switched Positive, Black = GND Negative).

Threshold Configuration Guide:

The XH-W3001 uses two direct memory values to control your environment: the Start Temperature (Up Arrow button) and the Stop Temperature (Down Arrow button).

• To View Set Points: Tap the Up Arrow once to display the current Start Temperature. Tap the Down Arrow once to view the current Stop Temperature.

• To Calibrate Set Points: Press and hold down either the Up or Down arrow button for roughly 3 seconds until the 3-digit LED screen begins flashing. While it is flashing, use the Up and Down buttons to set your desired temperature value. Leave the module idle for 5 seconds to lock the value into memory.

Operating Logic Scenarios:

1. Heating Mode Setup (Start Temp < Stop Temp):

   • Example: You want to keep a custom incubator at 37°C. Set the Start Temp to 35°C and the Stop Temp to 37°C. The module will turn ON your heating element the moment the probe drops to 35°C and turn it OFF once it reaches 37°C.

2. Cooling Mode Setup (Start Temp > Stop Temp):

   • Example: You need to cool an industrial enclosure. Set the Start Temp to 30°C and the Stop Temp to 25°C. The controller will activate your 24V cooling fans as soon as the box heats up to 30°C and turn them off once the temperature drops down to a safe 25°C.
