IMPORTANT OPERATING NOTES:
Adjust Before Connecting Load: Always connect a digital multimeter to VOUT+ and VOUT−, power the input, and adjust the potentiometer to your target output voltage (e.g., 5.0V) BEFORE wiring to sensitive microcontrollers or sensors.
Step-Down Only: As a buck converter, the input voltage must always remain higher than the target output voltage by at least 1.5V−2.0V.
Input Polarity Check: The module lacks reverse polarity protection on the input pads. Reversing VIN+ and VIN− will destroy the XL7015 IC instantly.
