Equipped with a reinforced metal hub insert and a side grub screw, this pulley wheel locks tightly onto motor shafts, preventing slippage, rotational lash, or misalignment under continuous load and reversing drive torque.

How to Use

1. Clean the output shaft of your 6mm motor or axle rod to ensure smooth insertion.

2. Align the pulley wheel hub with the shaft and slide it into place, ensuring alignment with your belt drive mechanism.

3. Align the side grub screw hole directly over the flat surface of the motor D-shaft.

4. Tighten the grub screw firmly using an Allen key or screwdriver to secure the pulley wheel in position.

5. Loop your 6mm drive belt or o-ring around the central channel and check for proper tension.
