Each address and data input is externally programmable or fed in using switches. The HT12E Encoder IC is a 12-bit RF/IR encoder from the Holtek 212 series, used for wireless remote control systems, compatible with HT12D decoder, and ideal for 433MHz RF modules and IR transmitters.
